Today I am going to share my experience on a online shopping and online grocery store in India - Big basket. I started shopping from this online shopping website since last 2 months and I am here with it's disadvantages. These are my personal experiences using this online shopping website.
So, here are they : -
NOT PLACING ORDERS ON TIME.
Bigbasket never places our order on time. When it says that the product will be placed in two days but it takes five to six days to get placed. Now, whats the use of the product or shopping item.
WRONG PRODUCTS REPEATEDLY.
Bigbasket often delivers wrong products to us. Then it makes many silly excuses and replaces them with correct products in many long time. Whats the use of a shopping item delivered after when we want to make it.
FOUL ITEMS.
Bigbasket always gives us foul items to us. I ordered some spinach, potatoes and other items from Bigbasket. After two days, when the order was placed at my home they were all foul and stale. How can one eat stale items but still pay for it.
VERY BAD WEBSITE LAYOUT.
The Bigbasket website where we place our order is very busy and confusing. We cant find our items at the place. Bigbasket should improve its website service and layout.
