Usaully I order grocery from bigbasket buy once it was happened that I have ordered grocery on evening and selected a next day delivery slot in morning and I waited for about 3 hours and they said due to some problem your order has been cancelled and same day evening I again ordered and selected next day delivery slot again next day I got the same excuse and then I decided to left it.
