I am use big tv from last two to three years. when I start using big tv it's very good but from last one year I am facing many problem.
First I tell about network problem means sometime there is nothing happen and than connection lost I am surprise some time but now it is continue problem.chenal price is normal but I hate locking time it is too long please try to low it. customer care is unbelievable now when I call some days ago it takes nearly 30 minutes of waiting time please solve this fast.when I recharge on the service of my connection fast sometime it takes 2hrs.
