Big Bazaar is simply cheating. I placed my order with Big Bazaar online, to be delivered by Vasant Kunj Store between 5 pm and 7 pm, yesterday, January 5, 20222. I last received an SMS around 5.50 pm that the order is packed and will be out for delivery. Then a late msg saying that there could be unexpected delay in delivering. That's it. No other message till today, January 6, 2022, 11.43 pm. Very unfortunate practice for such a large chain pan India. Expect some strong steps and heads to role. The tracking system simply does not work since there are multiple delivery companies which we do not know. It took me one hour to finally get to the customer care by phone and lodge complaint.
