All promised amenities may not be delivered and there could even be change in layout of the flat.

Infrastructure may not be of quality and the residents may have to bear the cost later.

Swimming pool or the clubhouse or other so called luxury features may be of of no use because of poor planning and even poorer execution.

All in all beware as you are dealing with proxies and not some individual who keeps his word.

Marketing and customer service could be departments having contradictory policies so you may not get much justice in this world.

Deal only if you belong to the vanishing tribe of resolute men who can take legal or other course available to get lasting relief from this almost crooked world.
