Bharti axa life insurance company is not at all a good company because their premiums are high. Their claims settlement ratio is less . In ulip policies they are providing very less returns. In some policies their allocation amount for first year is too less. Their hidden charges are high. Riders benefit like cashless hospitalisation are not received by customers even after repeated calling to the agents. Agents are misselling a lot of products to the customer by making false promises particularly in case of ULIPS
