I have my car insurance with Bharti Axa and my experience is extremely bad with them. There are 2 instances.1) related to their sales team who sale policy by giving you some upfront discounts but later recover the same by reducing the tenure 2) had a small car accident and raised claim 5 months ago.
Claim case- Over phone, inspection officer gave ok to go ahead for cashless claim in a garage of their choice, but when I choose a different garage, they started lying and harassing. Claim department and company management failed to transparently provide detail calculations towards approved amount, which is as low as 7% of claimed amount, whereas I should be paid around 85-90% of the total amount.
