I was cheated by Burger's employee contractor. I was in full confidence with berger because one of my neighbors had done work with berger. work is looking good. When I need to repaint my house after approx 1 year, I take number of berger guy's and call him. because all things was same then we no need to more discussion. They offer me to go with new brands paints but I clearly told that we will pay same amount as my neighbors paid and no need to change any brand and quality.
Contractor was started work as per discussion same work as our neighbors, I also had regular touch with berger's executive that our work is not as per standard. contractor is use mix match paint brands, I also share him images of same. but they never inform me that our work is not done by berger's, They only assure me that ok I will take care of it.
This fraud is known to us only when I complained to berger's customer care for our so many issues and buffing at our wall.
After that I write so many mails to berger customer care and its founder but nobody is ready to take any action.
I have proper proof of discussion with berger team, please suggest me that what can I do now.
