I Had Really Bad experience with the "Berger Express Painting" ContractorNagpur. Contractor visited home, the inspection was done.
1) We asked him for 1 or 2 days to select colors and painting material. Then he calls and says to me that your family is confused they don't know what to do and what to not. which is not a professional way to say this to any customer.
2) Then we thought it's ok, let's leave it and move on. But didn't received a call from him, we used to call him or text. received no reply. then one day he calls and says to my father your son is saying about the sanding needs to be done at the same price and all. which is very wrong, I never said to him that he has to do it at the same price. I just asked you do it or not. Right now we have canceled our painting with the Berger Paints.
3) He says he has some problem at home, so we do understand that. But he keeps saying will start work from tomorrow, that tomorrow never came.
It is a really bad experience with Berger paints Contractor.
