Even before the completion of work, problems already started to arise. Despite multiple calls and requests and complaints, no action was taken. Even after being applicable for the warranty service, NO after Service was provided. They also made fake promises of refunding the money in case of delay in work of over 25 days which exceeded over 2 months. We are yet to receive the cashback and it has already been 11 months.
To add on, we haven't even received any work completion certificate.
It's my earnest request to all the consumers, do think a million times over before getting into a contract with Asian Paints.
