They are the worst service I've ever used. After reading this review, you may think "Ah, it happens. Every company has good and bad reviews", but not in this case. Don't every buy from BEAM TELECOM. Your down time varies from 3-15days/month. Is it acceptable?"


In just a month, I raised so many tickets, they simply close them without even resolving.


Update: I'm now happy with Beam Telecom(aka ACT Fiber Net), and there are very rare disconnections.
