Initially Bartleby was useful. I paid the$7 something and I received a fair number of unlocks. My job require me to research on various matters. After finishing the number of unlocks available, I was prompted to upgrade to premium. Alright, I paid$29 something(can't recall the amount at the moment because feeling annoyed). Used the premium account for a 2 days or so and took a break from work for like 5 days. Today, returned to work and a message popped -up something like this'you have one unlock left, are you sure to unlock the document?'. Seriously! so I pay about$30 just to unlock like 12-15 documents? This is SCAM. there is more. wanted to cancel subscription, then they offer you$9.95/month(something like that). hhhhhhhh, I thought its ok. just accept the offer. changed the plan. and then STILL NO UNLOCKS AVAILABLE. Think before you use your card to subscribe!
