Extremely Disappointed Worst Quality & Overpriced!
I recently purchased a 3+2 cushion sofa set and a 6x6 velvet cloth bed cot with a mattress from Bantia Furniture, Nagole, and it has been a terrible experience from start to finish. I regret every rupee spent here!
*Sofa Set Poor Quality & Deceptive Sales Tactics*
I selected a light cream floral cushion, but they delivered a green floral cushion instead.
When I refused the wrong product, instead of providing the right one, they forced a store display piece on me the same day!
Within days, the sofa started developing cracks, and putty is peeling off from some areas.
The cushioning is uneven, and the seating is poorly made, with one side visibly lower than the other.
*Bed Cot & Mattress Fake Branding & Cheap Material*
The bed cot I received was nowhere near the quality of the display modelcheap material, bad finish, and not sturdy at all.
They gave me a mattress claiming it was a branded Cello product, but it feels like a local, duplicate version.
The mattress is extremely uncomfortable wake up with body pains every morning!
When I requested a replacement, they refused, saying I should buy a new one instead. This is outright cheating!
*Overpriced & Terrible Customer Service*
No discount was given, despite their false promises.
Billing took over 2 hours, a complete waste of time.
The same furniture is available at other stores for a lower price! I now realize I overpaid for poor quality.
They do not care about customers once the payment is made, their attitude completely changes!
AVOID BANTIA FURNITURE, NAGOLE!
This store is not worth your money. They lie about product quality, sell defective items, refuse replacements, and charge higher prices than other stores. Save your hard-earned money and buy elsewhere!
