Bank of India - although the name seems to be very promising and supportive but this proved to be a myth . I had opened a  savings bank account in BOI a few months ago . I received a debit cum atm card and a cheque book from the bank . I also applied for interest banking which has been still not been allowed by the bank to me the customer service of the bank is very bad they do not entertain the customer politely the staff at the bank is not very cooperation they fail to understand the customer queries and just tell you to come latter and when you go latter again you are requested to come latter and this process continues till you get frustrated .


My atm cum global debit card was not working so I applied for a new card , I had made at around 10 applications for the issue of a new card but every time I visited the bank I was told to come the next day . The phone banking service provided is also not nice as there are always some network issues involved in it . I had a realky very bad experience with bank of india .
