I reside in Mulund West, The Bank Of India Is near by home. my dad opened Saving Account of me and my brother. One thing I noticed while doing transaction With Bank Of India they do not care about any customer as they have fix Government jobs so they are not bothering about any thing.
What I feel is This is the only bank ever seen with the perfect team of looser, wrong commitments, negligent at customer service. No response while calling taking too much time for transaction.
I appreciate the team who appoint their staff for selecting their team. It is very tough to select the 90% team of Losers. Justice was right, 90% Indians are fools but majority of them are working for Bank Of India.
i'll suggest people if your smart go with other Banks neglect Bank Of India
