My account number is 018710110006956 and I have my saving bank account with Bank of India Malvani Malad West, Mumbai Branch. I have recently changed my address on my saving bank account. I have verified and submitted all the relevant documents as requested by the branch representative. My address got updated however I am shocked to see that I have been charged INR 135/- for change of address which is totally inappropriate and annoying. I had been banking from past 10 years and I have Saving bank account with other banks as well however none of the Nationalized or Private bank charge customer for updating or changing their personal details on the account. I want the charges to be reverted to my account as this is totally inappropriate and kind of fraud with the customer. I want this sorted out as quick as possible. I also mailed to the bank of india nodal officer however no resolution done yet. This is really annoying and fraud with the customer.
