Bank of India is the bank of the public sector but if we will talk about the services than its really very poor.
Branches are very much short you cant find easily branches of this bank.
ATM facility is very poor. you cant find ATM of this bank.
Online services are less than other public sector banks.
in the branch staff is very less so work load is much so may be wait for time. Over all its a bank that is very bad in services. branches and ATM are not easily available.
