My experience about service of this bank is very bad because the city from which I belong the service of bank of Baroda is very poor among all banks so I want give my opinion about this bank.


First the attitude of staff members are very different and rude behavior. I am a customer of this bank from four years and they gave me ATM card after few months and for taking passbook first wait in row and give application.


Inside environment in hot weather is indescribable no measures are provided for fresh air and they also create problems in opening account so my personal advice is that don't go for opening account in this bank.


It takes about an hour in doing online banking and mobile banking also takes very long time.


Only good thing about this bank is ATM service is very good.
