Even it is a private bank I like them most because they give excellent customer service.but you have consider that there interest charges on goldloans, homeloans, agricultureloans, homeloans and monthly installment charges is very high but nit very high just one or two percent.the interest rates compared to other banks in small values may not be high but if you take more than one lakh you have to pay three or five thousand extra.the hateful thing about this bank is you have not be supposed to get credit card even if you are 12 months old good user.they have ask legal formalities for the credit card.if you want less legal formalities for the credit card with same customer services go for hdfc bank.i would definetely recommend to those who want great customer care experience.they are no risks even it is a private bank
