I have two accounts in this bank and till now my experience is satisfactory. There employees are polite and helpful. Services provided are good. However in recent times of demonetisation it has not proved to be much helpful.
Internet banking service is fine and works well. The ATM almost works regularly but they needs to increase the numbers of ATMs. Help desk employees always helps in polite manner.
Overall its a good bank for banking in today's time if u wants advance facilities with basic ones.
