Worst bank ever experienced

Iam a customer of BANK MUSCAT, Ruwi branch at Rex Road, Oman. Dealing with this bank for almost 20 years. Earlier this bank used to be excellent in all services. Since some time could observe degradation of all services provided to an unacceptable level. Staff is either not able to handle load or is not willing to provide service.


They behave in a manner as if customer has a holiday with no other work to do. For simple task hours and hours spent. Not realising that cars parked outside parking meter is running. Moreover they make customer run numerous times to the bank by keeping matters pending for ages


My last encounter started on nov 23 2019 with a letter request submitted by me for reversal of a transaction wrongly posted by myself through their mobile app. Till todate debates are going on. Without any result. Call center keeps me pushing back to branch. Branch staff has one steriotype answer. "we cannot do it till recipient permits" . And most funny thing is bank NOT ABLE TO CONTACT THE RECIPIENT AND NOT PREPARED TO RESPOND TO MY LETTER WITH their answer. Want to hush up the matter verbally or by a phone call, keeping NO RECORDS.


I sometimes pity those people who are victims of fraud due to bank security.


This is just pathetic. DO NOT EVER THINK OF HAVING A DEALING WITH BANK MUSCAT.
