Bangalore Bistro on Cunningham Road has been around for several years. My first few visits to this place were not great - I would only go there if some guest wanted italian style food. The service used to be slow, the waiters a trifle arrogant, and the prices were astronomical. And there was no parking.
More recently, things have improved. Most of the staff has turned over. The menu has been updated to include options like an all you can eat salad bar and spicier versions of various italian dishes have been added. But the prices are still astronomical.
With valet parking now available, going here is a much easier decision. It helps if you can expense the bill as well, which is going to be considerable. Budget around Rs 600/- per person for lunch.
The seating is limited to around 10-12 tables. Service is pretty good.
The oddest thing about this place is the menus - they are almost 8 inches thick, around 4 inches per page. It's like a concrete brick.
