Phone Banking: Bank facilitates phone banking and they too have a mobile app. But Still the IMPS facility is not recognized by some banks like united bank of India. When I try to transfer money to United bank of India bank account from Bandhan Bank account it says NBIN not registered. So I visited the bank regarding this problem. The bank officials told me they are a new bank the network with all other banks are yet be functional.
ATM Availability: As this is a new bank in the banking sector the ATM availability is less compared to the other banks. In my city they have only 3 ATM right now.
Internet Banking: yes this bank facilitate Internet banking. Customer can active internet banking system form their home. Internet bank have user friendly interface.
Customer Service: Customer service in this bank is very good. The behavior of the bank staff is very polite, friendly and co operative. They always try to give quick resolution to the request raised by the customer.
