I bought it for my mother in RS 1400 . it comes with two halogen heater tubes with two year warranty. it comes with dual safety thermal fuse but it never protect it from high power so, often its fuse get broken . its weight is almost 4kg. so, it is also not a comfortable choice for outside uses . its design is also not too stylist only a light color plain plastic covering its outer bulky face. it comes in two heat setting mode one for 400 watt and other is for 800 watt . Its halogen heater tubes heats very slow and late. and consume much more power . company claims it consume only 800 watt but in reality it consumes 1200-1400 watt. it can hike your electricity bills much more.
