I eventually had to return the product the very next day of purchasing it. The reason was that on the very first day the motor was not working. Pressing the trip button actually worked.
So I guess there is some problem with the motor . And a part which should have been included was missing which was the citrus stem gear.
This product works good if you have to slice cucumber for salad purpose, if you have grate carrot, cabbage, beetroot etc. The juicer is good. But the chutni jar is small and it would only work for small load. Also it is useless for leafy vegetable. It is useless for kneading or chopping purpose.
Thanks to amazon, the product was returned successfully. I switched to Inalsa which was much better and lightweight than Bajaj.
