Hi, I had taken a loan from Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd for purchasing my bike Bujaj Pulsar-150. My load started from September-07 and ended Feb-09. But still the company has not send any invoice nor any NOC certificate.
In the mean while I have contacted them on the phone 0495-2761920 in local office and their Pune office, but either no one picked the call (90% of times) and if someone picked just transferred it to another person who just disconnected it in between.
I have also written some e-mails to them but still no reply has been send, nor even an acknowledgement of the e-mails have been send.
Adding to that when I reached their office in Calicut (which is around 20 Km away from my place) they asked me to come after 45 days to get the NOC.
When requesting for my bike’s second key, which was taken at the time of loan, they were answer-less and said they have mixed all the keys and can't help.
