The company fradulently issued a term-life insurance certificate under my wife's name while we never applied for it. I tried to contact customer service but the executives transferred my calls between them until I was given a number to call, which never worked. The call lasted for almost an hour, to no avail. While no policy number has been provided by the company, a membership number has been given- GTLN-212928747. This company is a pack of thieves and I have already registered a complaint with Consumer Forum.
