I am Gaurav and I want to share my experience about Bajaj Allianz auto insurance company. I had my hero Honda cbz star insured with them whose registration number is jh-01-am-1214.
It was stolen from upper bazar during duration Puja.
They took me for a ride to claim my lose. I am highly disappointed with the staff courtesy and the service of the company.
They deducted 3000rs saying that you gave us only one key of the bike. Whereas I have already told the agent that one of the key is lost.
Rates of almost all the insurance companies are more or less equal. It's the service that matters which lacked in my case.
Overall the service of the company is not satisfactory and I will not recommend it if you are planning to get your vehicle insured.
