We frequently(once a month at least) buy from here. Frankly not all buys had good experience. But the fact that the range of baby stuff is amazing makes me keep going there.
However, recently had a few bad experiences mainly because of their courier service Delhivery. Even then they responded better than the courier people. In fact they gave me option of courier service for a repeat order which was much appreciated. I also love their site, which is easy to navigate.
While they definitely have scope for improvement, I hope to keep buying more from them.
