I have been shopping on Babyoye for the last 2 years. they used to be very good before both in terms of Products and Customer Support but ever since they got bought over by Mahindra group(of mom and me) their service has deteriorated SO BADLY -so please shop on their site only at your own risk!
Le me give you my example -
I ordered a 4 piece set for a 3-4 years kid - one piece was meant for a 6 month baby - the reverse pick up was done but my money is yet to be credited
I ordered 2 items as a gift for my brother and gave the delivery address as mangalore, karnataka and they wrongly delivered this to Mumbai - there is no update from their end on what has happened to this yet when they promised to get it re-delivered to mangalore
I ordered another 4 piece outfit for 4-5 year old kid and got something completely different meant for an 18 month kid - despite daily follow up for more than 7 days this reverse pick up has not yet been done
The quality check is pathetic
their customer support is even worse
dont even bother to try their helpdesk - no one picks up the phone
Dont waste your money on this site - shop only if you are 100% sure you would have no reason to return the item else the experience will frustrate you!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.hope they have some sense to improve with time.
