Here I am going to talk about the B7 Restaurant In ludhiana, as per my experience this restaurant is very poor in its food quality and infrastructure.
actually I went there 2 months ago and in lunch time I visited this restaurant and then I ordered some fast food and cold drinks, no doubt their services are very fast becausse I just waited for 10 mintues and they brought the food but the infrastructure was really not good enough and cleanness was so normal .
if we talk abouot the customer service then they are perfect in this aspect because they treat the customer very well and ask for order etc.
but the ambience of the restaurant was so normal I think there was 6 people to eat the food on that time.
worst thing I found is its food quality because they use cheaper oil to fry the food which is realy very unhealthy, they just think for their advantages rather than health of customers.
no I dont find it the value for money. that is why would like to suggest them to make their food quality better by using good cooking oil or olive oil then customers will also attracted by you even I will also visit your restaurant again.
