Hello friends , this is my own experience with axis bank. Long back I have worked in axis bank sales department so I had a salary account with axis bank. Recently without any intimation they have deducted my 1000rs from the account I thought it might be some charges but there is no details in net banking also I have checked the transaction details.i called to customer care phone banking department but they are not lifting the call. If there is any problem they have to send any sms or mail so that customers will know the problem without any details they suddenly debit the money from the account it is not at all fare. theb I visited the nearest axis branch they are telling me to visit my home branch for details . What the mess is this mine is salary account and its main branch is mumbai and now I need to go to mumbai or whatm I am very much dissappointed with this servicem I lost my 1000rs unneccessarily for no use. I am not recomending this bank to any body.
