Basically , I was offered a neo credit card of Axis Bank , on the event of my account opening .My credit limit is very low on my card.I am not satisfied with it and I have sent a request to the bank for closing it .charges and rates offered are also high.The customer service provided was not good.Thry have applied unnecessary charges in the account.they do not have any offer .on the particular site they give 10% cash back but on that site the product are less .They stated that there will be no processing charge , manual charges but while I seen in bill it got stated and that made me quit it.
