Brainless powerless frontend people interested only in selling you investment products; apathetic, arrogant, insolent, care two hoots, unsupervised, half knowledge disinterested back end. Together these make a potent recipe for disaster while customers like me want to commit suicide. Nothing works here.software is perhaps made by Directors stooges or relatives, never tested, full of bugs, AND no one takes feedback leave alone act on it. List of their follies is a mile long and that is just from my point of view. Have things come to such a pass in India or is it just Axis Bank shining in a hell hole! Management(i would actually like to call retarded supercilious, braindead set of people) has no visibility to common customer, there is no escalation mechanism, there is actually no intention to solve anything.it is extremely frustrating. Names, addresses, telephone numbers etc. are often wrong and take endless months of follow up to get fixed(that too if one is lucky). Maybe other Banks are equally useless but I am now determined to find out .have to move away from Axis Bank now. Enough is enough.
Update: Txxxx, sxxxxxxx, ixxxxx, mxxxxxxxxxxxxx all. I hope all in the top management dies a rotten painful death
