Yes, it's a good Bank, but having lots of issues. I am having my salary account at Axis Bank, some days back for official purpose I was required a connected account, they take all my details again but after that more than a month gone but no activities. After that I sent two/three mails, but no reoply.
Then when I called they again asked me to send a document, but this was not asked earlier, not even replied over mail.
After that again around a month gone without any processing, again I have to sent mails, called multiple times. Later I escalated to Nodal Officer, against which I got reply, and processing was done.
This is not expected from a reputated Bank
