I had opened a savings account on axis bank on 2013 till now I did not face any problem with bank yet but there customer service need to improve there service more as many times I had called them via phone regarding my account details they dont able to answer my query properly and disconnect the line.I had complaint regarding this but not got any proper response from them.I hope they will rectify it in future.Another I would like to say that service charges are very high.Now days they are deducting money from account for sms alerts also.
