I am having saving account in Axis Bank. I had not good experience with PSU banks so I had opened my saving account with AXIS bank. The main thing I like about this bank is the behaviour of the staff, they are very polite and know how to handle the customers in rush hours. Their ATM service and internet banking services are very good. Not a single chance to complaint about their services. I have never tried their phone banking service but I think that should be also as good as internet banking. Only one thing that I don't like is that their condition of maintaining 5000 Rs. balance in account otherwise they will charge fine.l suggest AXIS bank to anyone who want to open their account in private sector bank.
