One day I got to know that during my new bank account opening in AXIS bank and closing another account in the same bank an amount of 80000 was deducted from my account, I complained by going to the branch, raised complaints on the site, the branch manager acknowledged the issue and promised to reverse the amount, I kept following up, the money is not returned yet. Thiefs, these banks are supposed to safeguard our money.
