Axis bank is one of the leading banks in india in the privade sector. But they provide the very bad quality of the service.
The banking in the bank is vey bad. The employees do not know how to talk to thier customers. They are very rude to the customers. The loan schemes are not good. The intrest rates are very high so one cannot afford the loan here.
The phone banking is also very poor. The transction details messages come on the phone very late. The internet banking is also very bad. The server remains down most of the time.
I am giving one out of the five stars to the axis bank.
