I have seen only those mostly with negative experiences tend to write the reviews here.
I was also initially worried whether these guys simply enhance the premium after I do the medicals. All this proved to be wrong once I got the medicals done. They needed some more Income proof documents which I sent an I got the hard copy of the Policy with no Increase whatsoever in premium. All other negative reviews seem to be false as no company would like to lose a Customer in initial stage itself.
Today a educated person may not be ready to come to terms when the Medicals say that he has high Cholesterol or Triglyceride levels owing to sedentary lifestyle. Doesn't necessarily mean that just because there are no symptoms of any disease means there is no problem and that all is well. Some problems show up only at a later stage. Overall very satisfied with the experience. I have a term cover from competitor Aegon religare also and must say that they too are good at online term cover.
Would request people who post negative reviews to ascertain facts before they post reviews.
