I have bought 10 ceiling fans for my new apartment. Have been using for 4+months. Fans are found to be noisy if you run on speed greater than 2 or 3. They wobble a lot. And some time they make noise like some parts are rubbing against each other even at the speed of "1". It might be saving energy and remote is a useful feature other than that they are not worth the expense.
