I purchased an Atomberg Renesa fan last summer. The fans from this company have a very attractive design. I had gone to buy a Bajaj fan initially, but after seeing the design of this fan, I bought it, which was a big mistake.
This fan provided very little airflow from the beginning. Initially, it didn't make any noise at all, but after 3 months, it started making noise. After some time, the fan caught fire. I called customer support multiple times, but even after calling them 20 times, and despite them giving a time frame, no mechanic came for 15 days. When I emailed the company, they sent a mechanic 5 days later. After the mechanic came, he said that a part needed for repair would arrive from outside in 10 days. The customer support of this company is not supportive at all.
I had to endure the heat for a whole month without a fan during this summer. After the fan was repaired by the mechanic, it now provides airflow. At this price, you can find much better quality fans. I will never buy a fan from this company again.
