I ordered 2 chairs from @Home online vide order 727353438976897. I ordered them on 1st July and am yet to get the product. Everytime you call the customer care executive and their reason range from stupidity to complete cluelessness
Reason 1: Updated a wrong phone number in our system by mistake
Reason 2: Could not reach you(I live in center of bangalore where signal strength is always there)
Reason 3: Attempted delivery but could not find address(You could just call)
Reason 4: Attempted delivery but you were not home(I live in joint family and atleast my grandmother never leaves the house)
Reason 5: Product already delivered(To who?!)
The one thing that is constant with the team is they tell they ll get back in 15 minutes and will forget you completely. another constant thing is the promise to deliver "TODAY EVENING SIR".
If you purchase stuff in @Home store, they will not return your money and will not get the product. only thing you can get is BP hearing the reasons the customer care executive gives you.
The parking thing is not applicable to me as it was online. so giving 5 stars.
