I bought this laptop from Flipkart at an offer and paid 24k and I am writing this review after 3 weeks of usage.
At first, this laptop offers you an i3 processor which is more than enough for office and domestic usage, it is also good for college students. It has 4 GB of RAM along with it has integrated HD graphics 620 which is suitable for light gaming. There is no hanging issue detected yet, however, if you use this for a long time then it might get heated but not too heated like other laptops.
It has a plastic design which is a little disappointing, however, it has a very thin body and easy to carry from one place to another. If you want a laptop under 30k for college use then go for it, you will not be disappointed.
