I have read some of the Asterix stories and they are quite entertaining so saw this movie and would say this movie won't disappoint you.
I was quite impressed with other animated movies like froze and hero which were cool and must say this movie keeps up the standards and is bit more funny than other animated movies.
The theme of the movie is like Romans want to build a colony and invade the Gaulish village. So they build a big mansions many in group beside the Gaulish village and try to please and tempt the people there to adopt to their culture.
The characters in this movie are well defined and animated wonderfully and have given appropriate emotions to it.
The costumes and the expressions of the characters are really funny and just makes us laugh all the time.
The fighting scenes are wonderfully done that you keep ur eyes on the screen and laugh.
The sound track are energetic and quite appropriately used in between.
If you are looking for a movie to pass time laughing this movie does that.
My sister was bursting into laughter not just kids people of all age will enjoy this movie of Asterix.
All the characters have contributed to bring on the laughter!
I would definitely suggest this movie!
