Ascent buildtech call himself very professional and quality builder. In their history they have build Shipra mall and its apartment in Indirapuram Ghaziabad but their first project satya ville de in rajanagar extension is a worst project delayed a lot and low quality, poor customer satisfaction and looted customer a lot and still doing so. I am mentioning many points, if you agree with me please make sure to tell other people and aware them to not buy project from this builder. I am making sure by writing review a lot on many sites so that people do not suffer like I did and do not make same mistakes I did.

  1. One of the oldest project 4-5 years old but yet its first project's first tower is not complete and possession just started even if building is not complete.

  2. cheated people on high rate saying possession would be given 2011 but yet possession is not provided not building is close to completion yet. lifts, flats common area etc are still in progress.

  3. False claws written in sales deed e.g. the entry area to society and common area will still be owned by Ascent Buildtech and can be reused by them.

  4. Very poor quality and water leakage all the places even if project has not started yet and people have not started living in it.

  5. High maintenance asked before giving possession e.g maintenance 58k for 2 years, 15000 sinking fund and other unnecessary charges.

  6. Charging heavy interest on all flat owners on no basis. they will harass you first to reduce\remove interest a lot so that once it is resolved you wont have much energy left to fight on maintenance issue.

taking psychological advantage by embarrassing them.

  1. I reviewed clauses in registry and possession letter few people got and found many deadly clauses in them e.g: a. Any services by flat owner should be taken through builder e.g. if you have tata sky and shifting it to your flat you cannot do it if ascent buildtech have tie up with reliance digital. you have to buy reliance if you want to watch TV. b. They are saying in parking clauses that we will not be owner of our parking space and just will be the usage person of it. Builder can anytime build something on it and shift our parking to other place. They actually built 2 extra shops in common area already. All common area is owned by Builder and not the Flat owners. c. You\flat owner are not eligible to ask for detailed or any info on maintenance expenditures later and builder will not provide any.

Please please spread this a lot and mouth word it a lot.
