Not expecting such kind of service from such a well known upcoming brand..
Given new contractor for work which they never monitor at all which resulted in many more concerns and observations..
It's a joint failure of company and contractor
There project management team is just for the name and doing zero contribution...
Highlighted this issue and can't see the quick turn around...
I am still waiting for my observations to be fix and refund for the their mistakes which they atleast accepted..After having so much communication also there senior management POC not bother to contact back... really disappointed with there customer centric approach and will not recommend them to anyone atleast in my network by looking at their ownership and customer management
