This is the new way of scamming, as explained below. I got a call from Nisha (+91 93184 2xxxx). She would arrange interview and charged me 3450/- for conducting interview. If the result is positive and the company sponsors you 100%, you won’t need to pay anything more. However, if they sponsor you 90%, I would need to pay the remaining 10%. They didn’t disclose the exact amount. For the interview itself, I had to pay Rs. 3450, so I paid.
Later, Received call from Canada and over call interview went well. Even if you perform well, they will tell you that the company will only sponsor you 90%, And then the next day Nisha informed me that the company is ready to sponsor 90% charges only, 10% charge should be paid by me which is nearly about 47000/- and she ask me to pay in advance In my case, she said I had been selected for a job in Luxembourg, and now I have to pay the amount and they offered to sign legal papers, but if you consult a lawyer, you’ll find out this type of stamp is not valid in court.
I even requested to pay 10% extra but only after the visa process was completed. They refused to agree to this condition, even when I offered to sign legal papers. They insisted that after paying, they would arrange an interview with the company in Luxembourg. They claimed that if I failed the interview, they would arrange another with a different company. However, even if you do your best, they will say you didn't pass, and the same will happen with each new company. In the end, they will tell you that you’re unable to clear the interviews, and you will lose your money.
