We (group of 4 families) visited Aranya, HSR BDA Complex restaurent last week. Right from food, everything including service and staff attitude was horrible. The soup was neither served hot, nor was it properly prepared. Tandoor rotis were half baked.
Paneer makhni had a foreign particle, which hotel bluntly declined to adjust in the bill, on the primise when we found it and showed it to them, unfortunetely it was consumed about half in quantity. We returned some tandoor rotis since they were half baked, and we neither got replacements, nor they were adjusted int he bill.
When we talked to the staff to adjust the bill, their attitude was completely arrogant, and non-cooperative. The manager was not available to talk to us. Not sure how these guys are running a business thinking that customers don't care about value for money. Of course, this probably was the first and the last visit to this restaurant.
