Shipment Number: 4704978983. This is shipment from Thane to Pune , which is hardly 5 hr. by road . It's been 7 days now and they have not shipped the item. The parcel is residing in Pune since past 4-5 days and they are updating status as " Attempted Delivery - Customer Not Available / Delivery Rescheduled" , without even coming to delivery location.
Every single day I am making 3-4 calls daily and they are saying we have taken complaint , the parcel will get delivery by today for sure. still no show. Even I have logged a complaint on their portal still no response after 24 hrs also .
